She cut my hair very differently than I wanted, even though I described it. Also, when I went home, I saw long uncut hair behind the ears.

This is a nice salon and the staff is helpful but it's disgusting to keep a big dog inside of the salon, the smell is everywhere! My twists were not well done at all. When I got home most of the twists unravelled, had to redo them myself.

Madeleine did an amazing job with my daughter's braids! Her skill and attention to detail are exceptional. The braids are beautiful and have held up perfectly. Madeleine was warm, friendly, and made my daughter feel at ease. She was also very professional, punctual, and gave great care tips. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Madeleine for her incredible talent and service!
