Spent half of my appointment on the phone. Wasn't listening to what I wanted and I had to keep correcting her, at which point she would need to take it out and re-do it the way I wanted it, this happened 3 times! I then had to go back as the plaits had become lose within days of the service. First bad experience at this salon, always really good, no complaints

Took a chance on this salon as my usual hairdressers was full booked and as I was going away last minute I couldn't wait. They did a really good job so I would definitely go back.

Great friendly staff made sure I was happy with the cut looks great and healthy now, also gave advice on how I can maintain my hair.
