Anca was amazing, she gave me some great advice for hair growth and hair lost, she also provided a great service and really cared for my hair. I am defo using Anca again.

Spent half of my appointment on the phone. Wasn't listening to what I wanted and I had to keep correcting her, at which point she would need to take it out and re-do it the way I wanted it, this happened 3 times! I then had to go back as the plaits had become lose within days of the service. First bad experience at this salon, always really good, no complaints
