it was a good cut, however I did pay extra for my hair to be washed asbi didn't realise this wasn't included in the price I paid

Overall ambiance was good however paid for classic individual lashes but instead received cluster lashes. Should not have been charged the same amount. Not worth the price I had paid, false advertisement.

Nothing to complain about! The salon is always kept clean, the environment is very professional and comforting. Madeline makes the experience worth the hour and a half of travel time it takes for me to get there
