I got my ears pierced here and it was great; calm environment, helpful staff, and a relatively painless experience. Would definitely recommend.

Poor presentation throughout. Rooms were dirty and cold. Massage not good. I will never go back there again

I booked the Luxury Aromatherapy massage, the massage was good however they were suppose to diffuse an essential oil in the room but did not do so. She said the oils were already mixed in, but the oil that was used was from a pre bought massage oil bottle so is not true:
Also usually the oil is warm when put on skin, but was cold due to once again being from a pre bought bottle. Other than that the massage was 7.5/10.

Never have an issue when going for my wax, she does an amazing job and does it nice and quick. She’s so polite and welcoming.
