I asked to have 1 cm cut in length and I ended up with 6-8 cm off! I said it’s a lot shorter than what I asked but the hairdresser was not having it and just said “NO”. I also asked if I could have the curls pinned to my head so my blow dry could last until the next day… it was 15£ more! She spent a max of 10 minutes on the curls and blow dry, and it looked awful the next day!

The best bikini wax I’ve ever had. She (Nayyrah I think, not sure if I’ve remembered spelling correctly) was so efficient which is what you want!

- The door was ajar during my bikini wax not fully shut!!!
- The towel I sat on was dirty and had visible stains
- They didn’t change the sheet of tissue after my wax so I just sat on it to have my eyebrows done and got wax in the back of my hair.
- my skin wasn’t cleaned or prepared before the wax.
- the wax was too hot and was painful / burnt when it was applied.
- the beautician hold the wax application stick in her mouth inbetween applications.
- my skin is red raw (bleeding) post wax
