The highlights turned out really nice. She showed me different colours I could choose. The colour was left in for the right amount of time.

I wasn’t made to feel welcome in the salon as I was ignored for 20 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to have started but with no explanation or apology. The whole experience then felt quite rushed and unfriendly. When I got home I realised that some of the products used hadn’t been washed out thoroughly enough and it had made sections of my hair crusty and sticking together. I had to brush it out and start again.
