I shouldn’t have taken the risk and tried this place for the first time on NYE… I was rush in and out and was left with uneven, thin eyebrows which will take ages to grow back if ever. I’m absolutely gutted. I now have to pencil my eyebrows in to account for the fact she waxed off too much. I should have seen the warning signs when I was rushed in with no conversation or prep and then rushed out again without being offered a mirror as I usually would at other salons, so I expect she knew she’d done a terrible job. I was then told I could pay using my card for anything under £10, so I was forced to pay more. Please avoid this place for any beauty treatments - I wish I’d never set foot in this place.

Both girls were very friendly and informative on products they were using and what I should use to maintain my hair. Had a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere would definitely recommend and will be returning 😊

I was running late for my appointment so they allowed me to rearrange my time slot which was really helpful! In the end I think someone different did my massage, but she was really good. She was able to get all the right spots and use a good pressure without me telling her, which made me feel confident that she was very experienced. The only not so good part was having the bright lights flicked back on after the massage when I would’ve preferred to stay in the low lit calm atmosphere.
