Very friendly welcome from Emilia, she made me feel very comfortable during my first waxing experience ever. I was so worried about the bikini waxing as I chose Hollywood style (no hair) and without taking painkiller before the procedure to help with pain it didn't really hurt just a tingle (surprised me) I think the conversation during the procedure helped to relax me and keep my mind off possibility of it hurting. The waiting room was lovely decorated very boutique style however I felt the treatment room needed something being done what I mean is the style didn't flow from one room to the next. Needs a little improvement. Overall very happy
