It was my first time getting a wax and she was really reassuring and understanding. She really put me at ease and took the time to explain everything before, during and after. I'm so happy with how it turned out and she put in extra effort to tweeze any of the hairs left over to get the best end result possible. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
