Hadn’t been to this salon before and was so glad to get a last minute appointment. Shell was just brilliant - super friendly, very thorough (didn’t miss one hair) and talked me through the whole process which I appreciated. An added bonus was she never double dipped. Highly recommend.

Brilliant wax! Every single hair is gone. Shell creates a very nice atmosphere in a small room beneath a beauty studio. She leaves baby wipes and paper sheets for you to prepare/cover up which is a nice touch. Shell has a great technique which removes the hair in a relatively pain-free and fast way. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in for a Brazilian. It was my first time and Shell made sure I was comfortable. The waxing wasn’t painful at all. I’d certainly recommend to a friend and will be visiting frequently!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and professionalism. Shell was lovely to talk to and overall it was absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to go again💗
