I have had very positive previous experiences at Beau:ti and had specifically booked in with Flavia. When I arrived on the day I was told even though I had booked with her she was there but “too busy” for our appointment. The other lady was just okay, but I found lots of wax left behind(!) and missed patches of hair. A week later the regrowth is much more than previously. I’ll go back but will insist I’m put with the therapist I booked with. I’m disappointed that did not happen when I went in.

I did not have to wait for my treatment, my room was ready on arrival. The whole process went smoothly, the wax was maybe a little hot. Can never complain when I got to Beau:ti - brilliant service.
