The staff at Beau:ti were absolutely lovely, helpful and really friendly! Unfortunately, the base coat for my gel manicure didn't work today, even though we tried a couple of times. This ended up taking a little while, but in the end, despite the gel not working, the staff helped so much and are endeavouring to get this issue sorted straight away. My nails were then painted beautifully with normal varnish to make up for the problems we had and I was refunded in full for the treatment. It's a lovely place to go and I'll return to try again soon.
