The salon was packed, which is good for them but it got ridiculous when more people turned up and the staff were telling them to sit down and all the technicians were rushing and stop-starting with their clients to deal with the new clients, back and forth they were and this made my 1 hour appointment 1and half hours. My manicure was rushed and my nails were not filed properly. I had to file them when I got home.
