The pedicure was great like usual but this time they charged me extra to take my old nail varnish off which I have never been charged before which I found strange.

£32 for the pedicure but they told me £35 when I got there and then tried to charge me £39 at the end of the treatment. No apology for their mistake, they just gave me my change and encouraged me to leave by continuously saying goodbye before I could speak. They gave all other customers loyalty cards but did not bother with me which shows she doesn’t care if I return. The overall attitude of the lady in charge is not great, she doesn’t seem to care unless you agree to her price and overpay.
