I felt there is a lack of care for the service and just a general disinterest in what they are doing. Pedi water was almost lukewarm and uncomfortable for my feet and despite asking them to increases the temperature, they just ignored it until having to show annoyance! Been there a couple of times now and each time you need to tell them that the nails are uneven
