I did not actually have the therapist I have been asked to review, who is excellent and I have rated her thus. I had a different therapist about whom I have made a complaint for poor customer service including making me feel like an inconvenience for bringing my small baby (who I have brought before and was in any case asleep throughout), didn’t offer me a drink, had no regard for my discomfort and generally behaved like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I won’t be returning! Ruined my day.
