Good facial but everything was done by hand, for £60 I would have thought they would have used a machine or an electric tool for a deeper clean. However, she was lovely and got a good massage as well.

Good experience overall. Only thing I would say is that it would be good practice for them to tell you before the treatment that an extra fee is to be applied for hot wax - so there are no surprises at the till.
