Very relaxing. Just wish more places did a foot and leg massage given how much we all walk in London. Brilliant and I will definitely be back. The Deep Blue Rub gel was a bit expensive but got rid of the swelling in my feet.10/10 just for that.

Was treated by a junior employee who requires additional training. Rude, not invested, demonstrated zero effort, zero interest in doing her job. Poor customer service skills, as a matter of fact, completely lacked ANY customer service skills. Was about to stand up and request for a different technician. Now it seems like people really love other specialists at this place, so it might have been a one off, “bad day” experience. Nevertheless it was an unpleasant one.
