Was treated by a junior employee who requires additional training. Rude, not invested, demonstrated zero effort, zero interest in doing her job. Poor customer service skills, as a matter of fact, completely lacked ANY customer service skills. Was about to stand up and request for a different technician. Now it seems like people really love other specialists at this place, so it might have been a one off, “bad day” experience. Nevertheless it was an unpleasant one.
