The staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming, the waxing itself was done really well, very quick and I was so impressed with the service. The only downside was not knowing that they only take cash payments (there is a sign on the main desk but it’s hidden away and I didn’t see it). Minus that, I came away feeling great, very happy with my treatments and am booked in for other treatments.

Lovely morning. Really friendly staff. Ambience slightly marked because they were in the middle of a refurb so not as relaxing as it could have been. Will definitely return though.
