My therapist was called Jade, not Yuliia and she was exceptional. Very knowledgable and personable, she took a lot of time and trouble with the removal of my gel nails, which I had done in New Zealand and were a type with which she was not familiar. I will go back for another treatment and ask for Jade.

The set up/layout of the salon is not brilliant so the beauty rooms, whilst private, do get a lot of noise but once you adjust to that you can appreciate the treatments which are priced well and carries out by professional, knowledgable and friendly therapists.
