Was really nervous for this, but was put right at ease. They even accommodated me running late due to train trouble and understood when I had to run to get cash from ATM. Really good results, too!

Therapist was lovely, treatment was great. I thought the salon was quite noisy and also the decor wasn't very "salon-like", it just didn't have that same feel that most other salons have (uncluttered, nice decor and a chilled atmosphere). But as I said, treatment and therapist were lovely, it was good value and I was seen on time.
