The atmosphere is welcoming and calming and the staff are both professional and warm. They also decorate for Halloween, Christmas etc.

Had a full body massage with Jade. The massage was not very beneficial as the pressure was just not firm enough. I did explain to the therapist that I wanted firm pressure and during the massage asked for greater pressure. Whilst the experience was pleasant and relaxing, it didn't help to release the tension in my back and shoulders, which was the reason for the massage. Great if you want to feel pampered but that wasn't what I asked for.

The Therapist was excellent it was the best massage I’ve had. And I have regular massages. I highly recommend. Will note that the rooms are not sound proof so can hear talking in the salon which is the only issue. But very professional staff
