I’d booked and paid in advance for a standard pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicure was acceptable. I did not receive a shellac manicure however, just a standard one. I’d checked this with the therapist at start and I thought she understood what I had booked but evidently not, their English was not the best. I had not had a shellac manicure before and realised too late I had not received this service. This was a pre holiday treat and I’m so disappointed. I don’t like giving bad reviews.

An incredible facial, relaxed me and I felt so fresh afterwards. The only this reason this isn't 5 stars is because the beauticians watch went off a few times, and this ruined the ambience and didn't seem professional. She was amazing otherwise!
