This has been my second manicure at Beauty by Ella and I have loved both experiences. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming and the staff are both professional and warm. They also decorate for Halloween, Christmas etc.

Had a full body massage with Jade. The massage was not very beneficial as the pressure was just not firm enough. I did explain to the therapist that I wanted firm pressure and during the massage asked for greater pressure. Whilst the experience was pleasant and relaxing, it didn't help to release the tension in my back and shoulders, which was the reason for the massage. Great if you want to feel pampered but that wasn't what I asked for.
