The receptionist ended up doing my “lymphatic massage” because Katia didn’t even show up. It was a nail salon and they were confused that I even booked a massage. She had no idea what she was doing. I was extremely uncomfortable, it really felt like a joke, it was that ridiculous. Do not book here!!!

I came for a massage in the morning to be told the person who does it wasn’t even there, was told I had to wait another half hour. Unfortunately this caused a major inconvenience because I had another appointment booked afterwards. They offered me the afternoon which I accepted. When I came, the massage wasn’t even 25 minutes as stated, more like 20 mins. They tried charging me £30 when on Treatwell it says £25. Head massage wasn’t that great
