Firstly I was greeted with a smile and politeness. Staff were very attentive. My wait before treatment wasn't long. Just long enough to drink a delicious cup of tea. My beautytherapis was lovely. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My therapy was extremely satisfying and generally an excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff was friendly & the wax was pretty quick. But I wished they used a more effective after-wax cream (?) don’t know what it’s called. It’s been 8 hours and it still stings! It was my first time in this place and I don’t usually get this prolonged stinging sensation after waxing my underarm. Other than that it was good
