I arrived for my treatment and there wasnt any staff to greet me upon arrival to confirm i was there for my appt. I sat in the main waiting area for at least 15 mins before a member of staff came to reception. Which meant my appt wasnt on time. When a staff member did show up she informed me my appt slot was double booked so i would have to wait which isn't a great first impression. Once i had my treatment milano was so lovely and my treatment was great. So i booked again for next time.
My first ever wax and Milena (I believe) was so so good at putting me at ease and just very friendly. I felt comfortable the whole time and the treatment was great. Definitely coming back.
