The facial was lovely and the staff are friendly. But when the facial ended I thought it must have flown by because I enjoyed it so much. It was only after I left the salon and looked at my phone that o realised I only got 15 minutes of the 30 minute facial I paid for! Disappointing.

The masseuse was very friendly and professional. At the beginning of the massage she confirmed that I was booked in for a 1 hour massage. The massage itself was great, but the reason I'm rating lower is that it was not 1 hour. My massage was scheduled for 30 mins past the hour, I was collected from reception after that time and then when it was done I was all dressed and waiting outside for my Uber by 20 mins past the hour. So the massage itself was 45 mins at absolute best. It shouldn't be sold as an hour.
