The online booking was not made at the salon so I wasnt expected and this put the member of staff in a difficult position. She was thoroughly professional and managed to accomodate me, friendly and skilful.
One of the reasons I booked was because I prefer to book online so it was shame that the Treatwell system doesn't seem to work.
