Arrived at Beautiful for them to tell me I had to re-schedule my appointment. Either they don’t check their Treatwell appointments or they double booked and didn’t bother telling me. Bad service that they didn’t tell me until I arrived at the salon- lucky I hadn’t pre-paid. Shame as I usually really enjoy the massages here.
