Didn't get what I wanted other than the trim my hair looked no different than when I went in. The manager phoned me on the day of my appointment at 8.30 am to tell me that the girl that was supposed to be doing my hair wasn't in and that she could do it for me but was going to cost me an extra £10. Which I wasn't happy about. She quite rudely said that if I went to xxxxxxx x hair salon it would cost me
Alot more. After further talking she finally agreed to do my hair at the original agreed price.
Because I know what a difficult & pushy customer I can be, its always a pleasure that NONE of the staff in this outlet EVER show, say or imply that there is something wrong. Nothing is too much to ask for.

Everything from the booking of appointment to thank you & goodbye is such a great experience here. This will be my 2nd visit & 3rd appointment (unfortunately had to cancel 1st) and without fail I have been made welcome & treated not only like a friend but a valued customer too. So many small businesses treat their customers like they're being done a favour to just by letting them inside that it is a treat to come here.
