This was not what I would expect from a beauty salon. The sink in the loo needed a clean and there was no towel to dry hands. The therapist was pleasant but did not introduce herself. I was told what the facial would involve but exfoliation was not included, although advertised. The lights were bright and the radio was on but not with soothing music.The facial was pleasant but not worth £30. The battery in the smoke alarm needed replacing. Advertised as 1 hour the facial lasted less than 45 mins
