I had an appointment for a 32£ gel manicure with polish removal.
However, when the manicurist was halfway done removing my polish, the male employee said I would need to pay 5£ extra for the removal since my polish was dip.
If you’re going to charge me extra, you need to tell me BEFORE the service begins—not when my left hand is sitting in a bowl of acetone.
It felt disingenuous and unprofessional. Otherwise, my manicurist (a female) did a nice job.

Unlike many nail salons where you are never sure who you will see, The Nail Lady is a wonderful one person location where you will always see The location is always impeccably clean.
