Easily one of the worst haircutting experiences I've had. Over 30 mins late, no apology or initiative to get my appt started. Maybe heard a sorry while a blowdryer was on (from other staff). Told her to thin out my hair mainly and kept having to tell her more. She said, "Just wait until after I've dried it and then decide." I know when my hair is too heavy. So rude. She left it too long as well, so I'm not happy at all with the experience.

Freda was really sweet, kind and polite. However I feel like I may need a larger masseuse for my size because despite encouragement to increase the pressure, this message was not very deep at all. I also wish she asked where I wanted the massage first because I ended up with oil on my face which with someone who struggles with acne is not a good idea! Also some positions she put me in just felt awkward. I wouldn’t return here but glad I tried it!
