I booked a service here through groupon, and while the service clearly says it’s “re-purchasable” (as well as written in the fine print), the management there doesn’t allow it, which is an issue they should have with groupon and not their customer. I went in for a second waxing but did not receive good service. Mani managed to start the wax, take two strips off me, but left me on the table to go speak with her manager, to then have them ask me to pay for a wax they started and refused to finish.
