I used to LOVE Beautiful but now, not so much. The therapists i liked have left and the vibe is a bit sloppy (eg no one answers the phone). I had Mani this time and she was great. However the music in the treatment room was v loud/intrusive. No cotton cover on the bed; it was a hot day and the paper sheet slipped, so I was lying on plastic. The last therapist I saw here (not Mani) kept checking her phone and did not put it on silent so it buzzed and pinged throughout my massage (not relaxing).
