This is the second time I have come into get my eyebrow waxed and Mani has been extremely rude and dismissive. From her facial expressions to the way she behaves is unacceptable. She needs training on customer service skills because she clearly lacks them. I have had my nails, hair and massage done at this salon and it has been a great experience. Sadly because of Mani’s conduct it makes me think twice if I ever want to return.
