it's more like a throughout scrub followed by some relaxing massage in each area after the scrub. the venue is very clean but it would be even better if there's also a shower available in the treatment room.

Started 10 mins late which was a pain as I needed to leave on time. Average body scrub and massage was ok. Nothing special, so wouldn’t have again unless it was on offer and I was desperate for a body exfoliation. Left with quite a bit of scrub bits on skin, although do appreciate it’s tricky to get off without a shower. A nice touch would have been a clean flannel to get rest of with before dressing, but not offered. Massage was done in sections after scrub (not particularly relaxing) as opposed to finish scrub then do the full body massage. Didn’t find therapist that friendly (compared to the CACI facial I had there with another lady who was lovely).
