Staff were friendly. I had a gel nails treatment followed by a shoulder, back and neck massage. The only complaint was that, in the toilet, there was no fluid in the hand wash container and the towel was damp.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
The massage was okay, but lacked any professionalism or friendliness from the beautician, for example she didn't introduce herself, I was simply asked to fill in a form, she didn't ask if I had any problem areas etc.

I booked my mum a pedicure. She was very pleased. Everyone here is just so lovely. Thank you very much. xx
Pedicure
The salon is lovely and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, the pedicure itself was not great. My nails were chipped the the next day despite being very careful. There was also a lot of hard skin still left on my feet. I had to remove the hard skin myself and repaint my nails for my event. I was really disappointed as the pedicure didn’t even last 24 hours so it was a waste of money.
