I was received with welcome on my arrival. The form I was asked to fill in, wasn't hugely clear. The treatment was thoroughly soothing and refreshing. I noticed afterwards that it had been cut quite considerably short but then I learned that it was because I I was seen as feeling uncomfortable. They refunded me the difference.

I received a friendly welcome and as I was early and the wax was still warming up I was offered a tea while I waited.
There was no awkwardness during the wax, we chatted as if we have known each other for ages
