Vivien an expert in what she does. She took her time to look at my eyebrows, discuss what I wanted, discuss color options (didn't even think of that), and pencil in the drawings she'd eventually work off. She explained everything thoroughly and adjusted her technique to match my comfort level. Her expertise was evident from the get go and it was very impressive.
My eyebrows were much darker the first few days but I got used to it and followed her instructions religiously with regard to cleaning and ointment. They slowly faded and, after a few weeks, I returned for my touch up. The touch up is included in the original price and basically consists of Vivien going over your eyebrows again so they were perfect. Again, I followed her directions and, after a few days, my eyebrows faded to a natural and perfectly shaped design she had created.
I cannot express how absolutely happy I am to not have to pencil in my eyebrows in the morning. They look perfect every morning when I wake up. One of the best investments I've made, cannot recommend Vivien enough.
