After being a bit sceptical about microblading as I don’t usually undergo cosmetic procedures (especially something semi permanent), one of my friends recommended I try it after getting hers done. Vivian lives up to her amazing reviews, she was extremely professional and put me at ease straight away.
After going through everything thoroughly, she took her time measuring the dimensions of my face and mapping out the perfect browline for me. It was slightly painful but less than having your brows plucked. Room was clean, comfy and beautifully styled. Vivian is a pro at this after doing it for so long in her successful clinic in Sydney.
Can’t wait for the colour to settle over the next couple of days, I’m so excited not to have to bother with drawing them on every morning! Follow up appointment included in the price which is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend her and will be coming back for a lash lift soon!

I’m so glad my friend told me about Vivien's store. Vivien was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process from consultation to the session itself. She drew the most natural brows to fit my face and made sure the tattoo technique used suited my skin type. Vivien is very attentive and lovely, making sure I was ok during the tattoo session and it was not painful at all!! I highly recommend Vivien! Cannot be happier!

Vivienne was lovely and really reassured me from the start as I was quite nervous. The consultation was very thorough and she explained the whole process and then my first appointment went really well. Vivienne spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with the shape before she started and actually suggested we were a bit more cautious as I can always go slightly fuller at the next stage. I’m really happy so far & can’t wait to see them finished, just the healing process to deal with now..!
