Aside from being super lovely and always professional, she also takes great care - listening to exactly what you'd like. She's created beautifully natural looking brows for me. Never rushed. Expertly and precisely mapped out. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole way through.
My first session was using just strokes to achieve a very natural look. At my top up I decided to go heavier where Vivien added shading to the effect. And they still look completely natural. She's smashed it. It might seem scary after they're first done, but after they've healed in around a week they look incredible. I can't recommend her highly enough.
