Vivien was amazing. Right from the start when I missed her call she took the time and text me till the evening about what I was looking for and what was right for my face. She was nice on the day and was clear she she was dedicated to making my brow perfect. I have a wonky brow but she make them look balanced without making it too obvious. I'm currently in the healing stage but I'm already obsessed.
