Vivien did an amazing job, she is such a warm person that really puts you at ease. I was surprised that the treatment did not hurt me at all. When I first saw my brows the shape did not look exactly as I expected, but I trusted the process and 3 weeks later they turned out perfect! I was going to write my review after the top up, but it had to be cancelled due to lockdown. I will still go in for the top up when possible but I'm already SO happy with them - they're 95% there.

I was really happy to be in Vivien's care. She was really patient with me on the first visit when I was very nervous and stayed very calm throughout which made me feel calm too. After the results of the first visit, I was more than happy to follow all of her suggestions on the touch up visit! I'd advise anyone to go to her as she is very professional, talented, clean, friendly and informative about the process.
