Vivien was absolutely amazing - she took great care and time to make sure that the brow shape was exactly how I wanted it and advised me and what would look best. She made sure to ask whether it was causing too much pain on multiple occasions and offered breaks in case I needed them. She was very friendly and kept me entertained with conversation throughout the whole procedure.

I searched for a long time for the perfect brow technician before finding Vivien and as soon as I met her I knew I had made the right decision. I instantly felt at ease. She is a professional and a true perfectionist taking her time to map out my brow shape, making sure they were completely even before starting. Vivien was very clear and concise when explaining the process from start to finish including aftercare treatment. I love my new brows and I would highly recommend Vivien to everyone.

Vivian is exceptional. She is so talented and professional a real find. I was really nervous, I had next to no eyebrows, they were patchy and uneven and now I have amazing brows that I am so So pleased with. She Spent time making sure everything was perfect and I can’t rate her more highly.

Vivien is so professional and meticulous and I felt completely in safe hands! After the first session of microblading and shading I’m already blown away by how natural the shape and style is even before the colour has calmed down. It has been 3 years since I started looking for an eyebrow professional who I trusted to ink my face and it was definitely worth the wait!
