All I can say is wow. After months in lockdown researching I managed to track Vivien down and the results did not disappoint. Vivien was attentative, welcoming and fully addressed my concerns. The procedure itself was efficient and the results are amazing. I wish I had it done earlier.

I only went there for the consultation for now and Vivien was lovely. Answered all my questions, did the patch test, recommended the right procedure for my brows. The venue looks really nice and was super clean. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back there in a month for the procedure.

Vivien is exceptional. She’s extremely experienced and highly professional. There are many therapists closer to my home but I choose to travel To the other side of London to see her because she’s amazing!
