Feathering and Microblading were both new to me.
Vivian was an absolute professional from the first minute I met her. She took the time to walk me through every steps. In a nutshell, she demystified the whole treatment.
I had a total of 3 appointments. The initial one was where she explained the 'what', the 'why' and the 'how' of the treatment. I have left the session with no hesitation and presto I booked my first appointment!
On the second treatment day, she took the time to precisely design my eyebrows to match the shape of my face. It was very precise. She drew each of my eyebrows inch by inch, using a ruler. I can honestly say she is an artist. She is an absolute gold. She processed to find the right color to go with my brown skin. I left the session completely surprised by the outcome and ever since then I had nothing but compliments when it comes to my eyebrows. Trust me this is coming from someone who had not much hair or shape to begin with.
She took care of the type of application to suite my skin, which is sensitive and thin. She personalises the treatment and does not do the 'one size fits all' approach. She advised that my skin type will need 3 applications instead of the usual 2 applications, as she needed to be gentle with each round.
The cherry on top is that she was gentle during the treatment, which immensely help during the mircoblading. So she made the pain bearable.
If anyone one is reading this and unsure of where or with whom to have the treatment, don't think or look. GO with Vivian. I am already booking my next treatment (probably in few months to freshen up the look!).

Absolutely love my new eyebrows! They look so natural and no could even tell that I had them done unless I tell them. Would not trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommend.
