Massage was okay, except the one that I booked online was unavailable, I wanted a firm massage but was told they could only offer a relaxing massage. The massage therapist wasn't particularly friendly and actually a little moody. However, but the worst part (and my big pet hate) is when they short change you in time spent on the massage. I paid for 45 minutes but was only given 35 minutes. Why do they think this is acceptable?
