Even though I arrived at the place a bit late, she was very understanding. Throughout the waxing service, she made the whole experience very friendly and pleasant. She talked through all the way through to make me feel less awkward. It was like I have known her for a long time. Very professional and she knew exactly what she was doing! I will be the regular from now on.
